How do neurological symptoms and complications of COVID-19 affect outcomes?

New findings from a large registry study have shed more light on the neurological implications of COVID-19, and the factors affecting outcomes.

Dr Nina Kleineberg from University Hospital Cologne, Germany, presented findings from the Lean European Open Survey on SARS-CoV-2-Infected Patients (LEOSS), based on data from 6,537 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the period January 2020 to February 2021. The data were collected from 127 centers across Europe.
